If you're not familiar with this brothers music then all you got to do is listen to these 3 tracks and you should know the hip hop artist that rapped over his music...especially if you grew up in the 90's. Brothers like Bernard Wright and Syl Johnson don't get recognized and appreciated enough imo. They contributed alot to hip- hop indirectly due to sampling/looping by producers like Dr Dre.

I'm concentrating on jazz records, hip hop (1980s-1990s especially underground ), R&B (1960s-1990s)

I immediately grabbed this vinyl. All I can think of Haney beating Kambozo down when I hear this song.

Still diggin. Had to get the Commodores back in the collection. 1977 the album was released and the poster is still good condition
